Mitto is an online password manager. The service stores and organises one’s passwords on the cloud, enabling users to access their different profiles with one click. The information is saved on the web, which means users can access the service from any computer. Mitto includes other features too. Users can organise their passwords with tags and share them with trusted friends.
Mitto was founded by Arsen Ovanessoff and Ted Schundler in 2007. Developer Matt Ash joined the team later on. In 2009, the service was awarded with the TRUSTe seal of approval, a privacy certification programme that assures the service is safe.
The company’s SI score shows evident growth in the latest month. A trend that is in line with the performance of tags such as identity and access management. As services on the cloud become increasingly more complex, we will see more and more applications similar to Mitto.
